Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Order Management Specialist will manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry and customer service resolution, while ensuring compliance with operational requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Utilize multiple order management systems to support order processing and customer service resolution
  • Analyze and reconcile reports for accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements
  • Communicate customer concerns and proactively resolve issues within established service-level agreements (SLAs)
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in customer service/order management
  • Familiarity with SAP, Mainframe, or DFO preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
