Senior Order Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Order Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of contractors to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders
• Resolve order management inquiries from internal teams
• Create and maintain Order Management process documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years at an Enterprise Software company
• Aptitude for problem-solving and educating others
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Workday Financials preferred
