Senior Order Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Order and Invoice Match Resolution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports Tier 2 Help Desk Ticket resolutions from suppliers and sites with complex order change, return or discrepancy issues
• Performs edits to POs as needed while working with site receiving, suppliers, and accounts
• Ensures Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Supply Chain Operations
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations in a hospital/healthcare environment required
