Senior Order to Cash Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Order to Cash Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including contract review, order management, invoicing, collections, and cash application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deal processes and support sales targets
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and generate reports on O2C metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Order to Cash operations, focusing on billing and collections
• Proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems; experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is required
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of driving process improvements
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
