Senior Order to Cash Analyst

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Senior Order to Cash Analyst will manage day-to-day billing operations, ensuring accurate and scalable invoicing for usage-based and subscription customers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day billing operations, including generation, review, and release of invoices
• Reconcile usage, pricing, and billing data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or a related function in B2B SaaS or technology
• Experience with high-volume or complex billing flows, including usage-based and tiered pricing
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with familiarity in CRM and ERP/billing platforms
• Proven track record of improving billing processes and implementing controls or automations
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines during billing cycles
