Senior Organizational Change Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior OCM Consultant to support the delivery of effective organizational change management strategies and plans for client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and lead the implementation of OCM strategies and plans for client engagements
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop tailored communication plans
• Track and analyze OCM metrics to measure the success of client initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, psychology, communications)
• 4-7 years of experience in OCM or a related field
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Knowledge of OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
