Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Analyst/Consultant or Sr. Comms Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and stakeholder relationship management for change initiatives
• Develop and implement change management plans aligned with organizational goals
• Track progress and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
• Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
• Experience in stakeholder feedback analysis and strategy refinement
• Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
• Knowledge of stakeholder needs and organizational dynamics
