Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Analyst/Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop change management plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Coordinate with teams to ensure effective implementation and compliance of change initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
• Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
• Experience in analyzing stakeholder feedback and refining OCM strategies
• Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
• Strong organizational skills
