Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. OCM and Training Lead to oversee organizational change management and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end OCM activities, including stakeholder assessments and change strategy development
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, define communication plans, and monitor business readiness
  • Design training curricula and coordinate with internal teams for content development
Required Qualifications
  • 10-12+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or Learning Strategy
  • Senior-level practitioner with experience in enterprise-scale transformation programs
  • Experience leading change and training for large technology or planning transformations
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex environments
  • Required experience in change management and training strategy
