A company is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the Change Plan for a portfolio of interconnected multi-year projects
Develop and execute targeted stakeholder readiness, engagement, and communications plans
Partner with sponsors and leadership to build consensus around the need for change plan(s)

Required Qualifications:

Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
Proven Change Management expertise with extensive project experience
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Ability to develop strategic communication plans and deploy them
College degree
