A company is looking for a Senior Program Organizational Change Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sub-work streams in Organizational Change Management, focusing on Change Readiness, Training, and Communications
• Develop and implement change management plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance
• Assess training needs and create training content, partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with SAP systems preferred
