Job Summary
Leading large-scale organizational change management initiatives, the part-time Senior Organizational Change Specialist will develop comprehensive change management plans, conduct stakeholder analyses, and collaborate with executive leadership to ensure effective implementation, primarily working remotely while residing in Nevada or Arizona.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze data sources to identify stakeholder information and establish relationships with key contacts
- Develop and execute plans to assess the impact of proposed changes on organizational processes, systems, culture, and people
- Support the development of OCM plans and project deliverables, including communications and training plans
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
- Strong understanding of OCM theories and models, such as Prosci and Kotter's 8-Step Model
- Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback to refine OCM strategies
- Eligibility for or possession of active/interim Secret Clearance
- Proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives
