Senior Organizational Development Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Development Consultant Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment, design, development, and implementation of talent management projects
• Conduct organizational needs assessments and develop appropriate OD initiatives
• Design and deliver scalable training programs and facilitate learning sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience required
• Certifications such as PROSCI, PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent preferred
• Experience in instructional design, facilitation, or adult learning is a plus
• Knowledge of Change Management and Process Improvement is beneficial
