Senior Organizational Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Organizational Development & Learning Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business structures and processes to inform OD&L strategy and initiatives
• Design and implement developmental programs and training materials tailored to business needs
• Measure the impact of interventions on performance, retention, and employee satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area; master's degree preferred
• Experience with learning platforms and developing e-learning content
• Strong project and program management skills
• Knowledge of OD&L skills in areas such as Organizational Design, Talent Management, and Change Management
• Knowledge or certification in instructional design is a plus
