Job Summary
As a strategic trusted advisor, the full-time Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant will partner with executive leaders to align people strategies with business goals, driving transformation and enhancing employee experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with senior business leaders to develop people strategies that improve workforce and organizational decisions
- Lead the People org service delivery team, collaborating with Centers of Excellence to implement tailored solutions for business needs
- Analyze workforce data to inform talent decisions and drive change management initiatives across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or Organizational Effectiveness
- Proven track record in organizational design and delivering large-scale change initiatives
- Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders to achieve strategic objectives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Project management experience to oversee initiatives from concept to completion
