Senior Organizer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Organizer to coordinate and strengthen national mobilization efforts through phone banking and texting programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand phone banking and texting programs to enhance voter contact and volunteer engagement
• Develop strategies for mobilizing multi-racial working-class voters and execute volunteer mobilizations around key events
• Train and support volunteer leaders while evaluating program impact and refining strategies based on data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in organizing with a focus on volunteer leadership development and management
• Familiarity with relational organizing tools and data management systems
• Strong analytical skills for tracking mobilization efforts
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across diverse teams
• Commitment to progressive values and building power with working-class communities
