Senior OSP Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior OSP Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, including planning, budgeting, and network growth analysis
• Coordinate with various departments and external entities for project design and permitting
• Mentor and train lower-tier engineers to enhance their technical skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience, or a minimum of three years in an outside plant position
• At least three years of telecommunications outside plant construction project management experience
• Minimum of three years' experience with ROW, private easement, and permitting processes
• Demonstrated knowledge of outside plant design and cable count layout
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
