Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Outbound Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on enterprise & strategic accounts
  • Engage Director+, CFO, and Treasury personas through multi-threaded prospecting
  • Collaborate with AEs and marketing to develop targeted outbound strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • 9-15 months in a BDR role with a record of exceeding quota & pipeline targets
  • Experience with advanced sales techniques in outbound prospecting for complex sales cycles
  • Completed strategic outbound training
  • Proven leadership potential through mentorship and process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
