Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Outbound Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on enterprise & strategic accounts
- Engage Director+, CFO, and Treasury personas through multi-threaded prospecting
- Collaborate with AEs and marketing to develop targeted outbound strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 9-15 months in a BDR role with a record of exceeding quota & pipeline targets
- Experience with advanced sales techniques in outbound prospecting for complex sales cycles
- Completed strategic outbound training
- Proven leadership potential through mentorship and process improvement
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
