• Curate executive communications and market intelligence to inform product development and adoption strategies

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product management or related roles within a software product company
• Expertise in IT service management (ITSM), human resources service delivery (HRSD), or customer service management (CSM)
• Strong understanding of the customer journey and experience in building AI-first cultures
• Hands-on knowledge of AI fundamentals, including generative AI (GenAI) and large language models (LLMs)
• Ability to create executive-ready communications and thrive in collaborative environments
