Senior Outbound Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Product Manager (Senior and Principal) in Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to discuss functional requirements and gather feedback for product development
• Analyze competitive intelligence and perform industry analysis to inform product positioning and roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and customer adoption campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product management for Principal level; 8+ years for Senior level
• Expert level domain knowledge in Workforce Management, including Scheduling and Time Management
• Experience in leading large-scale implementations of enterprise-tier labor solutions
• Degree in Business or Computer Science; a Master's degree is a plus
• Proven ability to drive results across Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams
