Senior Outbound Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the adoption of EmployeeWorks within ServiceNow's AI Native portfolio, the full-time Senior Outbound Product Manager will manage cross-business unit strategies, oversee customer deployment processes, and enhance partner enablement, all while working in a flexible or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop coordinated adoption plans for EmployeeWorks across business units and create compelling capability narratives
• Design and operationalize the customer deployment playbook, ensuring seamless execution and monitoring funnel health
• Build a comprehensive partner enablement program, establishing support infrastructure and defining success metrics

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of product management or go-to-market leadership experience, with at least 3+ years in B2B SaaS or platform environments
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and launching enterprise products at scale
• Experience in building or scaling partner ecosystems or customer communities
• Familiarity with deployment and implementation orchestration workflows
• Demonstrated ability to influence across diverse organizational functions
