Job Summary
As a data-driven strategist, the full-time Senior Outbound Program Manager will manage the development of high-performing outbound sales strategies, analyze prospect databases, and collaborate with sales teams to create actionable outreach plays in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze ICP databases to identify and segment high-potential audience personas for targeted sales outreach
- Develop structured outbound sales plays and messaging that enable sales reps to execute effective outreach strategies
- Engage with sales teams to gather insights and refine strategies based on real-time feedback and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in outbound sales programs, sales enablement, or demand generation in an SMB or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to segment CRM/databases into targeted lists based on ideal customer profiles
- Experience in creating direct-response or conversion-based copywriting for sales sequences and outreach
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to drive program adoption
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce and Outreach/Salesloft
