Job Summary
Driving outcomes in a high-activity environment, the full-time Senior Outbound Sales Representative will manage a pipeline of families seeking senior living solutions, executing consistent outreach and guiding them through the decision-making process remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of engaged families and guide them toward move-in decisions
- Execute high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email to re-engage families
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and consistently meet sales targets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-driven sales role, preferably inside or phone-based sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work remotely with focus and accountability
