Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Outreach & Team Activation Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Outreach Specialists, setting performance expectations and conducting regular check-ins
• Track and report on key metrics, developing action plans to address performance issues
• Optimize performance metrics using analytics to refine outreach efficiency and conversion rates

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in outreach, sales, or customer acquisition roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive high-impact results in a metrics-driven environment
• Experience in optimizing user activation funnels and identifying drop-off points
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments with a proactive approach to improving workflows
• Deep sense of empathy and understanding, passionate about supporting families in times of loss
