Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Senior Outreach Specialist (Advocate).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with health plan members through outbound and inbound calls to assist in applying for disability benefits
• Evaluate eligibility for benefits by asking questions and explaining complex regulations in accessible terms
• Collect and record sensitive personal and financial information to support the initial submission of applications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-touch customer service or call center environment
• Proficient in using contact center software and data entry
• Experience working remotely with a private, quiet office space
• Ability to manage difficult conversations and clarify information through probing questions
