Job Summary
To drive strategic sales initiatives and expand customer relationships, the full-time remote Senior Outside Sales Representative will manage a diverse portfolio of RF components while collaborating with regional representatives and internal teams to identify new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers to grow overall business
- Collaborate with regional manufacturer's representatives and distribution partners to expand market reach
- Identify and develop strategic opportunities at key accounts to drive long-term growth
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in RF components or related technologies
- Strong understanding of RF technologies, including both active and passive components
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
