Senior Outsource Manager

Job Summary

To elevate the quality and efficiency of game development, the remote contract Senior Outsource Manager will streamline operations, manage external partnerships, and oversee outsourcing processes to ensure alignment with the studio's vision and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate for the studio's interests in external partnerships and ensure vendor alignment with company goals
• Craft and execute strategic plans for outsourcing operations, managing the project lifecycle from vendor selection to delivery
• Monitor vendor adherence to timelines and deliverables, collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain project schedules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in operational management roles within the video game industry, focusing on external partnerships
• Proficiency in outsourcing operations, including vendor management and contract negotiation
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Unreal development tools as needed
• Demonstrated success in crafting and executing strategic plans for outsourcing operations that align with company objectives
