Job Summary

To impact the Purchase to Pay industry, the remote Senior P2P Engagement & Governance Specialist will manage end-to-end P2P operations, ensuring best practices are applied while engaging with senior stakeholders and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Govern outsourced P2P operations by monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Compliance, and business stakeholders to align P2P operations with enterprise objectives
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in business operations, finance operations, or process management
  • Experience working within a Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and/or Accounts Payable environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P / AP processes and operational controls
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to develop executive-level presentations
