Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time Senior P2P Governance Specialist will manage end-to-end Purchase to Pay operations remotely, ensuring best practices, governance of outsourced services, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Govern outsourced P2P operations by monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, and Compliance to align P2P operations with enterprise objectives
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in business operations, finance operations, or process management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P / AP processes and operational controls
- Proven experience managing or partnering with outsourced service providers
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and cross-functional communication
