Job Summary

Seeking a highly conceptual and strategically minded Senior Packaging Designer for a temporary remote engagement, this role will lead the development of innovative packaging concepts that drive brand growth and shelf impact while mentoring junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and development of innovative packaging concepts aligned with brand strategy and consumer insights
• Create and oversee packaging designs across various formats, ensuring consumer-centric and on-brand solutions
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative creative culture while managing project timelines and objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• 8-12+ years of creative design experience focusing on consumer packaged goods packaging
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and design excellence in packaging innovation
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience presenting creative work to senior stakeholders and clients
