Senior Packaging Manager

Job Summary

Leading technology transfer projects and providing technical support, the full-time Senior Packaging Manager will oversee packaging processes for contract manufacturing organizations, ensuring compliance and performance while managing cross-functional development programs from concept through commercialization.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the selection and assessment of contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) for packaging processes
• Lead initiatives to improve packaging robustness and ensure successful technology transfers within budget constraints
• Provide ongoing technical support to CMOs, focusing on compliance, process improvement, and risk reduction in packaging operations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, engineering, packaging, or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Proven expertise in pharmaceutical packaging technology, including primary and secondary packaging processes
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and serialization requirements in packaging
• Experience with statistical software for process analysis and troubleshooting
