Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across various platforms for B2B SaaS clients
- Collaborate with organic growth teams to create integrated paid-organic programs
- Develop and document processes and frameworks for building a paid media practice
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS or lead generation context
- 2+ years of experience in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts
- Deep proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50K-$200K+ with accountability for performance
- Strong command of campaign architecture, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
