Job Summary

A non-profit organization is in need of a Senior Paid Family and Medical Leave Director.

Must be able to:

• Lead a campaign to design and implement paid leave and other workplace justice programs
• Lead on crafting campaign strategy and implementation plans
• Supervise the implementation of the campaign

Position Requirements Include:

• 10 or more years of related work experience either implementing campaigns and/or engaged in community advocacy
• Experience and familiarity with working on federal legislative and/or administrative efforts
• Proven leadership in working with coalitions and managing political or advocacy campaigns
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in crafting campaign strategy
• Demonstrated flexibility in making quick decisions during changing circumstances
• Experience in managing complex projects and multiple concurrent campaigns
