Job Summary
A non-profit organization is in need of a Senior Paid Family and Medical Leave Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead a campaign to design and implement paid leave and other workplace justice programs
- Lead on crafting campaign strategy and implementation plans
- Supervise the implementation of the campaign
Position Requirements Include:
- 10 or more years of related work experience either implementing campaigns and/or engaged in community advocacy
- Experience and familiarity with working on federal legislative and/or administrative efforts
- Proven leadership in working with coalitions and managing political or advocacy campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in crafting campaign strategy
- Demonstrated flexibility in making quick decisions during changing circumstances
- Experience in managing complex projects and multiple concurrent campaigns
