Job Summary
To support a growing performance marketing agency, the full-time Senior Paid Media Buyer will manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across various platforms, focusing on direct response e-commerce accounts in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Executing campaign launches, budget changes, bid adjustments, and performance analysis
- Partnering with Performance Managers to support account strategy and performance goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media buying experience, particularly with $1M+ monthly spend
- Strong campaign optimization skills, including budget scaling and audience testing
- Proven analytical judgment to identify patterns and make sound decisions
- Experience with testing and scaling across various campaign elements
- Technical awareness of tracking, pixels, and conversion events
