Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead paid acquisition strategies for a multi-brand portfolio in the healthcare and wellness sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across search and social platforms to meet revenue goals
- Manage and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads Manager
- Oversee conversion tracking, performance reporting, and the transition of paid media from agency to in-house
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing with direct platform management responsibility
- Experience in healthcare education, professional education, or regulated industries is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM/lifecycle marketing platforms and LTV analysis
- Experience in supporting creative strategy for performance advertising
