Job Summary
Driving client success through data-driven paid media campaigns, the full-time Senior Paid Media Specialist will collaborate with various teams to develop, manage, and optimize campaigns while working remotely from select states.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of strategic paid media campaigns aligned with client goals
- Drive continuous optimization of campaigns across platforms to maximize ROI
- Consult with clients and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business (preferred) and 4+ years of relevant experience in paid media campaigns, including 2 years in an agency setting
- Skilled in full-funnel account management across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display channels
- Expertise in Unbounce, PPC Management Software, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Meta certifications
- Exceptional communication and organization skills, with the ability to convey data insights effectively
- Familiarity with HIPAA is a plus, given the focus on healthcare clients
