Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist to manage paid media strategy and execution for existing Enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute paid media strategy for existing Enterprise accounts, focusing on campaign alignment and engagement
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Demandbase, ensuring effective audience targeting and budget allocation
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting to track campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7-10+ years of hands-on B2B paid media experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
  • Deep expertise in running paid media programs on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Demandbase
  • Strong understanding of tracking and measurement tools, including Google Tag Manager and UTM standards
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize campaign performance with limited oversight
