Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of hands-on paid media experience, including 2 years in B2B SaaS or lead generation
- 2+ years in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts
- Proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50K-$200K+ with accountability for performance
- Strong command of campaign architecture, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
