Job Summary

Leading the paid media strategy, the full-time Senior Paid Media Strategist will develop and execute campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across search, social, programmatic, and retargeting channels
  • Lead campaign planning, setup, optimization, and reporting for in-house growth initiatives
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance targeting, automation, and performance analysis for campaign optimization
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience, preferably in B2B
  • Proven track record of driving qualified leads and measurable revenue impact
  • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and other paid social platforms
  • Strong analytical skills focusing on CPL, SQL growth, and ROAS
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for targeting, automation, and optimization
