Job Summary
Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, the full-time Senior Integrated Paid Media Strategist will manage the complete media lifecycle across multiple accounts, developing audience-first strategies, executing campaigns, optimizing performance, and translating data into compelling business narratives, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop insight-driven media strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets, translating audience research into integrated media recommendations
- Execute media buys across major platforms, manage vendor relationships, and ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and make data-driven optimization recommendations to improve effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of paid media experience with ownership of strategy, planning, buying, optimization, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms
- Strong understanding of audience research, campaign measurement, and media analytics
- Experience negotiating directly with media vendors and managing campaign budgets
- Excellent presentation and client relationship skills
