Job Summary
Owning the paid search strategy, the full-time Senior Paid Search Manager will manage a multi-million-dollar SEM budget across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging AI platforms, driving high-intent traffic to convert into free signups and paid users.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end paid search strategies to maximize qualified free signups and optimize campaign performance
- Manage and forecast a substantial annual paid search budget, ensuring alignment with signup volume and CAC targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and test ad copy, landing pages, and measurement frameworks linking spend to conversions
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of paid search experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS environment managing budgets of $1M+ annually
- Proven track record in driving freemium or product-led growth with high signup volumes
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like GA4, Looker/Tableau, and BigQuery
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field preferred
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are preferred
