Leading strategy and execution for sophisticated enterprise accounts, the full-time Senior Paid Search Manager will optimize performance and collaborate across teams in a remote setting, focusing on complex B2B paid search programs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serving as a strategic partner to enterprise B2B clients by leading paid search strategy and performance optimization
  • Managing campaign architecture, optimization plans, and operational improvements to drive measurable business results
  • Translating campaign performance insights into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders
Required qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns within an agency environment
  • Proven success managing complex B2B paid search programs across enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Deep expertise in Search Ads 360 (SA360), Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4 and other reporting platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across several client engagements
