Job Summary

Managing and optimizing Paid Search campaigns, the full-time Senior Paid Search Specialist will oversee strategy execution, analyze performance metrics, and mentor junior team members in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to ensure optimal spending and results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic insights and recommendations for client campaigns
  • Mentor and train junior specialists while ensuring adherence to executional best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution
  • Experience with advanced Search bidding platforms (e.g., SA360, Marin)
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables/charts
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
