Job Summary
Managing and optimizing Paid Search campaigns, the full-time Senior Paid Search Specialist will oversee strategy execution, analyze performance metrics, and mentor junior team members in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to ensure optimal spending and results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic insights and recommendations for client campaigns
- Mentor and train junior specialists while ensuring adherence to executional best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution
- Experience with advanced Search bidding platforms (e.g., SA360, Marin)
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables/charts
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
