Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, the full-time Senior Paid Social Manager will lead campaign builds, optimizations, and client communications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead paid social strategy and campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Own campaign builds, launches, quality assurance, ongoing optimization, and budget pacing from start to finish
  • Serve as the primary client contact, running performance calls and delivering clear recaps while proactively communicating wins, risks, and recommendations
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on paid social experience with the ability to operate independently
  • Expert-level fluency in Meta and TikTok platforms; familiarity with YouTube and Pinterest is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to read performance data and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of error-free execution across complex account structures and larger budgets
  • Experience with measurement and attribution frameworks across the funnel is a plus
