Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction and performance growth for a portfolio of eCommerce and DTC clients, the full-time Senior Paid Social Manager will manage paid social campaigns across various platforms, optimizing strategies to scale revenue and improve efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute full-funnel paid social strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics, leading structured A/B testing initiatives
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams to support strategic decisions
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of hands-on paid social experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Proven track record managing performance-focused campaigns for eCommerce or DTC brands
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using third-party analytics and attribution tools
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel paid social strategy and lifecycle marketing
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
