Job Summary
Leading strategic initiatives for a portfolio of clients, the full-time Senior Paid Social Strategist will develop full funnel media strategies, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with creative teams to drive business growth through paid social platforms, while working remotely with a preference for East Coast hours.
Key responsibilities
- Own day-to-day paid social strategy across key accounts, including planning, testing, optimizations, forecasting, and reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's evolution through continuous learning and innovation
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns with hands-on buying within platform UIs
- Experience developing full funnel media strategies for eCommerce or consumer brands
- Deep expertise across at least four major paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)
- Strong understanding of creative best practices and ability to use performance data to inform creative strategy
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables
