Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal to provide advanced legal support across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and oversee the contract lifecycle
• Review advertising and marketing materials for compliance and advise on related legal matters
• Support intellectual property management and coordinate with outside counsel on filings and enforcement

Required Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional training and experience
• 8+ years of paralegal experience, particularly in commercial contracts, advertising compliance, and intellectual property
• Experience managing contract lifecycle management systems and legal operations platforms
• Strong understanding of advertising and marketing legal requirements
• Experience with data privacy compliance programs
