Senior Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal to work remotely in the Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in legal review of marketing materials, vendor contracts, and related offerings
• Maintain and update international franchise agreement templates and manage the due diligence process
• Support FDD renewals, conduct legal research, and assist with departmental projects and training materials

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
• Paralegal certification preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a paralegal
• Proficiency in operational and legal research tools and software
• Ability to adhere to strict timelines and prioritize various responsibilities
