Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal to support annuity product development and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain compliance requirements for PRT bidding documents
Support PRT clients during bidding and onboarding processes
Draft, review, and manage PRT transaction documents with attorney oversight

Required Qualifications

Paralegal degree or certification required/preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience in a law firm or corporate setting preferred
Technical knowledge of annuities and specifically PRT preferred
