Senior Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal to support complex litigation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign tasks to paralegals and legal assistants within an assigned practice area
• Assist in training and mentoring legal support staff to enhance their skills
• Manage all phases of litigation and trials, including document preparation and organization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Paralegal experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience strongly preferred
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Experience mentoring and training junior-level legal support staff
• Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
